Our twin room had central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a writing table. The bathroom was clean, with a jacuzzi. The staff was best and made us feel comfortable

The room was large and incredible, it came with minibar, the balcony, for example. Location: the hotel was adjacent to all main attractions, the stores and the shopping area.

The Hotel is very nice, the furniture of the rooms are brand new and comfortable. I was a little bit afraid, that there was no category on booking. com, but the Hotel was attractive and in my opinion it is minimum 4*. I can offer it to other travvellers as well.

Great location, close to shops and eateries. Easy walk to main attractions like Samovodska Charshia and Tsarevets fortress. Spacious and comfortable room with both screened and unscreened windows. Friendly and helpful staff provided hot water for tea. Free parking available, important in city center.

Excellent location in the core tourist center, just across the street from two great Lonely Planet recommended restaurants. Great design, brand new with a fancy look worthy of 5* hotels. We took a chance with the hotel as it didn't have any Booked.net reviews at that moment and we were overwhelmed by the stylish looks, the great location at a very good price.

Breakfast was too simple with no real choice offered, some of the staff didn't speak English and therefore weren't too helpful.

The hotel had a convenient location, with easy access to the artisan area and the tourist information office. It was also close to Tsarovets, a popular tourist destination. Another advantage of the hotel was the car park, which was a rare find in this area.

Although the room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed, the bed was not made and the sheets were not changed during our entire 8-day stay. our ground floor balcony room was a little noisy due to its location on the main street.

The location in the middle of the city was great and excellent. The rooms were reasonably spacious and amazing with large jacuzzi, felt like home. The employees were pleasant and very nice.
